The Viscar store's customer database has been registered with GIODO. Each customer registered in the database has the ability to view and edit their personal data in accordance with Polish law. They also have the option to completely remove their data from the store's database.
Each customer who subscribes to the newsletter has the right to remove their email address from the subscriber database.

This Policy specifies the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices using Cookies, used to provide services provided electronically by Interspin Łukasz Kołodziej, operating under the https://ultimafilm.com/ brand.
The administrator and owner of the https://ultimafilm.com/ online store is INTERSPIN, Łukasz Kołodziej, based in Warsaw, at Al. Wilanowska 77/10. NIP 587-142-47-86 REGON 142994045, registered by an entry in the register of business activities under no. 532099, by the Board of the Mokotów District of the Capital City of Warsaw.
I Definitions:
- Cookies - means computer data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the websites of the Service.
- Own Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.
- External Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners, through the website of the Service.
- Service - means the website or application under which the Administrator runs the website, operating in the domain(s) x-side.eu.
- Device - means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Service.
- User - means an entity for which, in accordance with the Regulations and legal regulations, services may be provided electronically or with which an Agreement for the provision of services electronically may be concluded.
II. Types of Cookies used
- The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the User's Devices this way. These files allow for the identification of software used by the User and for the individual customization of the Service for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.
- The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
- Session Cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The session cookie mechanism does not allow for the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
- Persistent cookies: are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending a given browser session or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User's Device. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow for the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
- The User has the option of limiting or disabling the access of cookies to their Device. In the event of using this option, the use of the Service will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.
III. Purposes for which Cookies are used
- The Administrator uses Own Cookies for the following purposes: Service configuration, customization of the Service's web pages content to the User's preferences and optimization of the use of the Service's web pages;
- Recognizing the Service User's device and its location and appropriately displaying the web page, tailored to their individual needs;
- Remembering the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes;
- Remembering the history of visited pages on the service in order to recommend content ci; font size, appearance of the website, etc.

In particular, these files allow for the recognition of the basic parameters of the User's Device and appropriate display of the website, tailored to their individual needs;
- The Service Administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:

IV Important provisions:
- The Administrator does NOT use Cookies for the purposes of processing data for the purpose of displaying advertisements.
- The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by Cookies to the User's Device. The User may change the settings referred to in the previous sentence using the web browser settings or by configuring the service. These settings may be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about each time Cookies are placed on the User's device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling Cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings. The User may delete Cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser they use. Limiting the use of Cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service's website.

in connection with the GDPR Act
In connection with the change in the regulations on the protection of personal data and the entry into force of the so-called GDPR, on May 25, 2018, we inform you that Interspin processes your personal data in connection with your purchases (hereinafter: "Agreement"). The processed data are:
- registration name, tax identification number and REGON of the entrepreneur
- address and address for delivery of orders
- phone number and e-mail address of the recipient of the order
The administrator of personal data is: Łukasz Kołodziej, owner of the company Interspin Łukasz Kołodziej with its registered office in Warsaw, (hereinafter: "Administrator").
The Administrator informs that:
- Your personal data are processed for purposes related to the implementation of the Agreement, and for purposes resulting from legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator;
- The data provided are processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter a), letter b) and letter f) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
- Personal data will be stored for a period specified by law, until the limitation period for the tax liability expires, and in the case of legally justified purposes of the Administrator for the duration of their implementation and based on your consent - until the consent is withdrawn;
- You have the right to request the Administrator to rectify, delete or limit the processing of personal data.
- You have the right to "be forgotten", then personal data, except for the registration data of the company for which financial documents were previously issued, will be deleted.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with GIODO (and from the date of establishment of the new office to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office), if you consider You are aware that the processing of your personal data violates the law;
- Personal data comes from the data subject;
- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the Agreement; failure to provide personal data prevents the performance of the Agreement;
- Your data may be processed in the form of analytical profiling, in order to adapt the services and offers directed by the Administrator to your needs and to make measurements that will allow the Administrator to improve the services it provides; Binding decisions are not automated.
- At the same time, we inform you that under the accounting services agreement and on the basis of the personal data entrustment agreement concluded between Interspin and the Tax Advisor's Office Robert Adam Okulski, your data: company name, NIP number, and address, are processed on behalf of the Administrator by the Tax Advisor's Office Robert Adam Okulski. Data is processed solely within the scope of the accounting services agreement.
